The prayer of agreement is one of the most powerful weapons that we can use in prayer.  Actually in the Greek language, agreement means to "symphonise or to be harmonious".  GOD uses many types of prayers and people praying to orchestrate His divine melody of prayer, showing how important it is to take our place in prayer together.

Luke 4:18-19 NIV "(18) The Spirit of the LORD is upon me, because he has anointed me to proclaim good news to the poor, He has sent me to proclaim freedom to prisoners, recovery of sight to the blind, to set the oppressed free, 19 To proclaim the year of the Lord's favour."

Isaiah 58:6-8 NIV "(6) Is not this the kind of fasting I have chosen: to loose the chains of injustice, and to untie the cords of the yoke, to set the oppressed free, and break every yoke?  (7) Is it not to share your food with the hungry and to provide the poor wanderer with shelter-- when you see the naked, to clothe them, and not to turn away from your own flesh and blood?  (8) Then your light will break forth as the dawn, and your healing will quickly appear; then your righteousness will go before you, the glory of the LORD shall be your rear guard.  Then you will call, and the LORD will answer; you will cry for help, and he will say: Here am I.

2 Corinthians 10:3-5 NIV "(3) For though we live in the world, we do not wage war as the world does.  (4) The weapons we fight with are not the weapons of the world.  On the contrary, they have divine power to demolish strongholds.  (5) We demolish arguments and every pretension that sets itself up against the knowledge of God, and we take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ.

Ephesians 6:10 NIV "(10) Finally, be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power.  (11) Put on the full armour of God, so that you can take your stand against the devil's schemes. (12) For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against authorities, against the powers of this dark world, against the spiritual forces of evil in heavenly realms.

This is to say, we do not struggle against things in the physical realm, but we do struggle against things in the spiritual realm, against Rulers - Authorities - Powers - Spiritual Forces of Evil - In This Dark World - In Heavenly Realms.  God has given us spiritual weapons (2 Cor 10:3-6) and his own armour (Ephesians 6:10-18)

Pray that the true body of Christ will arise in Jamaica.  There are many religions represented in Jamaica, however as in other countries, many are dominated by religious spirits, some are false and some are occult.  Below are some statistics.

From these statistics it can be seen that the population of Jamaica is strongly Christian.  However a large number of the people adhere to other systems of beliefs.

Here are some suggestions about what to pray for.

• For a close relationship with GOD and a committed prayer life.

John 15:5 I am the vine; you are the branches.  If you remain in me and I in you, you will bear much fruit; apart from me you can do nothing.
Acts 1:4 They all joined together constantly in prayer, along with the women and Mary the mother of Jesus, and with his brothers.
Acts 2:4 They devoted themselves to the apostles' teaching and to fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer.
Acts 6:3-4 Brothers and sisters, choose seven men from among you who are known to be full of the Spirit and wisdom.  We will turn this responsibility over to them. 4 and we will give our attention to prayer and the ministry of the word.
Colossians 4:2-3 Devote yourselves to prayer, being watchful and thankful 3 and pray for us, too, that God may open a door for our message, so that we may proclaim the mystery of Christ .......
Ephesians 6:18 And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests.

• For spiritual strength to fight off satan's attacks.

Ephesians 6:10-17 Finally, be strong in the LORD and his mighty power.11 Put on the full armour of GOD, so that you can take your stand against the devil's schemes.  12 For our struggle is not against flesh and blood but against the rulers, against authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in heavenly realms.  13 Therefore put on the full armour of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand, 14 stand firm then, with the belt of truth buckled around your waist, with breastplate of righteousness in place, 15 and with your feet fitted with the readiness that comes from the gospel of peace. 16 In addition to all this, take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flamming arrows of the evil one.  17 Take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the Word of God.

Pray that the natural beauty of the island will be preserved.
